  • “Services” – the services provided by SRL through the Site, including the sale of our products (e.g., metal cabinets, parking boxes, and accessories).

These Terms and Conditions of Use establish the rules under which Users may access and use the Site and the services offered through it.

  • Access to and use of the Site is free of charge, unless otherwise specified.

  • Users can access the Site using a computer, tablet, mobile phone, or other electronic device.

  • Users are responsible for keeping their device and access credentials secure and for using the Site responsibly.

4. Services Offered by SRL

SRL offers Users the ability to purchase:

  • Metal storage boxes (parking boxes),

  • Accessories or parts for parking boxes and other custom storage solutions.

Purchases can be made via the Shop section on the Site.
Delivery is available through courier or by pickup from our warehouse.
Returns can be made within 14 calendar days by individual consumers, in accordance with applicable law.
Payment options include:

  • Online card payment,

  • Bank transfer (details provided at checkout).

5. User Rights and Obligations

  • Users have the right to access and use the Site and its services, in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Users are obliged to respect all applicable laws and the rules set forth herein.

6. Rights and Obligations of SRL

  • Technical issues or temporary unavailability of the Site;

  • Force majeure situations or third-party actions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between SRL and a User will be resolved amicably.
If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts, in accordance with Romanian legislation.
